Perhaps the clearest thing would be to say that what we don’t do is to treat our foreign customers differently from our national customers, except of course in terms of language. We can also say that we are not a «buy and sell» firm, where once the operation is finished, we are finished with the customer. On the contrary, from the moment we advise our customer on buying or selling our relationship begins.
From that moment, it is obvious that as in other areas of the office, we provide comprehensive advice to clients with the only difference being the particular needs of these customers, clearly different from many aspects of national customers. Beyond that you will not find a different treatment at any level.
Writing and reviewing of sale contracts, preparation and monitoring of the entire procedure (tax payments, property registration, reimbursement of tax withholdings, etc.), preparation of wills and inheritance documents, Income taxes, Income taxes for non residents, accounting and taxation of corporations and professional activities, property verification previous to release are some of our normal activities. But we also deal with changes to driving licenses, vehicle registration, medical examinations, social security, marriage, etc.
