Los Canovas is a predominately Spanish village but has a range of different nationalities living here, that come together as a community in unity to make this village a very special place.

Upon entering at the front door, you walk into a long corridor that runs the length of the house. From this corridor the first door on your left takes you into the front living room. It is a nice sized room with a big window looking out onto the pretty view at the front of the property.

As you continue down the corridor you find doors that lead you to three good sized double bedrooms with windows viewing the side the property. At the end of the corridor you have the bathroom, which is a good size but may need some updating.

To the left of the corridor, a door opens up into a large kitchen. It has ample space to put a large dining room table and chairs. The kitchen has various cupboards and an impressive large open fire. The current owners are actually using a free-standing unit with the pipes going up the original chimney. (kitchen needs a little TLC with some tiles missing etc.)

From the Kitchen there is a back door that leads you on to a tiled patio area.

The patio area could be made to be a lovely sun trap with some pots and plants it would be very nice. From the patio there are two buildings. The first a small undercover area that would be ideal for storing wood logs and keeping them dry or perhaps tools. From the Patio there is an exit door to the countryside track and your plot of land. There is also a door that leads you to the garage at the end. It is a good-sized garage that has a room (Bodega) to the side, which was originally used for storing or aging wine. But this garage would make a lovely conservatory if you put in a larger window you would have spectacular views of the mountains.

And now to the outside of the property. Just outside the garage doors is a plot of land which has a few fruit trees and the most beautiful views of the countryside and the mountains in the distance. Ample space to fence off and put in a swimming pool (would need license) or plant more fruit trees.
Los Canovas has a primary school. It has buses to the secondary schools in Fuente Alamo. It boasts two cafes and three shops and fresh bread every day. Along with its own small medical center. it’s a great place to live.

Mains electricity and water.
20 min to the new International Airport in Corvera. 6 min to the nearest big town, 30min to the coast and beaches of Mazarron, Isla Plana, La Azohia and Mar Menor and 30 to Cartagena and Murcia city.
It would need some small works … new kitchen units and bathroom, painting and a good clean.
